Administratorem (“Administrator”) Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Homfi sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w Krakowie (31-069) przy ul. Sukienniczej 8/U8, wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla Krakowa-Śródmieścia w Krakowie, XI Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000943668, NIP: 6762500448, REGON: 363588638.

Administrator otrzymał Pani / Pana dane osobowe od podmiotu umożliwiającego rezerwowanie nieruchomości online (w szczególności www.booking.com lub www.airbnb.com lub inne o podobnym przeznaczeniu).

Pani / Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w następujących celach, na podstawie następujących przepisów:

Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO
Okres przechowywania danych: Pzez okres obowiązywania umowy

Cel przetwarzania: W celu dochodzenia i obrony przed roszczeniami (realizacja prawnie uzasadnionego interesu Administratora)
Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO
Okres przechowywania danych: Do upływu terminów przedawnienia roszczeń cywilnoprawnych

Cel przetwarzania: W celu rozliczeń podatkowych
Podstawa prawna: Art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO
Okres przechowywania danych: Do czasu przedawnienia zobowiązań podatkowych Administratora

Administrator przetwarza następujące kategorie Pani / Pana danych osobowych: imię i nazwisko/nazwę, numer i serię dowodu osobistego lub dokumentu tożsamości, adres zamieszkania/siedziby, adres e-mail, numer telefonu.

Odbiorcami Pani / Pana danych osobowych mogą być podmioty, którym Administrator powierzył przetwarzanie danych np. upoważnieni współpracownicy, dostawcy oprogramowania, dostawcy hostingu, podmioty upoważnione do otrzymania Pani / Pana danych osobowych na podstawie obowiązujących przepisów prawa.

Ma Pani / Pan prawo do żądania od Administratora dostępu do danych osobowych, prawo do ich sprostowania, usunięcia lub ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych.

Wyrażenie zgody na przesyłanie informacji handlowych i marketingowych jest dobrowolne i może być odwołane w każdym czasie, co nie będzie miało wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej wycofaniem.

W celu realizacji swoich praw prosimy skierować żądanie na adres e-mail: biuro@homfi.com lub pocztą na adres siedziby Administratora.

Ma Pani / Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego jeżeli uzna, że przetwarzanie danych osobowych przez Administratora jest niezgodne z RODO*.

Podanie danych osobowych jest warunkiem zawarcia umowy, a niepodanie danych w zakresie wymaganym przez Administratora może skutkować odmową zawarcia umowy.

Pani / Pana dane osobowe nie będą poddawane zautomatyzowanemu podejmowaniu decyzji, w tym profilowaniu.

The controller (“Administrator”) of your personal data is Homfi sp. z o.o. based in Kraków (31-069) at ul. Sukiennicza 8/U8, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000943668, NIP: 6762500448, REGON: 363588638.

The administrator received your personal data from the entity enabling online property booking (in particular www.booking.com the www.airbnb.com other similar purposes).

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes, based on the following regulations:

Purpose of processing: Execution of the lease agreement
Legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR
Data storage period: For the duration of the contract

Purpose of processing: In order to pursue and defend against claims (implementation of the Administrator's legitimate interest)
Legal basis: Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR
Data storage period: Until the expiry of the limitation periods for civil claims

Purpose of processing: For tax settlement purposes
Legal basis: Art. 6 sec 1 lit. c GDPR
Data storage period: Until the limitation period for the Administrator's tax obligations expires

The administrator processes the following categories of your personal data: name and surname/name, number and series of ID card or identity document, address of residence/registered office, e-mail address, telephone number.

The recipients of your personal data may be entities to which the Administrator has entrusted data processing, e.g. authorized collaborators, software providers, hosting providers, entities authorized to receive your personal data on the basis of applicable law.

You have the right to request from the Administrator access to personal data, the right to rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data.

Consent to sending commercial and marketing information is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data by the Administrator is inconsistent with the GDPR*.

Providing personal data is a condition for concluding a contract, and failure to provide data to the extent required by the Administrator may result in refusal to conclude the contract.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
